Stroke Clinics
Stroke Clinics are only for MFC swim team members (no swim school or non swim team members)
6 & Under and 7-8 training groups will be from 9am to 10am. The 9-10 and 11 and Up training group sessions will be from 10am to 11am (NOTE: the rec pool is not open for the May 9th clinic, and will not be open until 10am for the remaining clinics). We will be dividing stroke instruction into 30 minute sessions- one session for each stroke/skill. For that reason, if you or your swimmer feel that instruction is only needed in one stroke/skill, as opposed to all of them, you are more than welcome to come for 30 minutes and take off. Stroke instruction sessions will rotate, with both strokes/skills being taught simultaneously, allowing for flexible arrival and departure times. These clinics are only open to MFC swim team athletes only.
Admission will be $10 at the door, cash only. You will be asked to sign in for record keeping purposes.
The clinics will be led by your Head and/or Assistant coaches; Coach Justin, Coach Cate, Coach Marlee, Coach Caroline, Coach Andre, Coach Andres, and Coach Emma. We will also be assisted by some of our student coaches.*All Clinics will also work on diving*

We will only be able to accommodate 8 swimmers per lane for these stroke clinics, so you will need to RSVP to claim one of the spots available during each time slot for each clinic (40 for 8&u, 32 for 9 and up). By filling out the form above you are adding you name to the list, but only the first 40 or 32 responders for each clinics time slot will be guaranteed a spot.
If sign-ups for a particular time for a particular clinic exceed 40 or 32 participants the coaches will let anyone who signed up after the limit was reached know that the clinic is already full via email. (In other words, you are good to attend any clinic you sign up for unless you hear otherwise from the coaching staff via email!).
